Retreat

Be Resilient Retreats are shorter versions of our clinic and have an emphasis primarily in one domain. These two-day events focus on assessment and providing practical resiliency tools. Retreats also serve as a funneling tool to determine the need to attend a full 4-domain clinic.

Each retreat focuses on one or two core domains of health and performance, with a strong emphasis on assessment and education.

Participants are evaluated by a team of licensed professionals, including:

• Chiropractors for structural and mobility evaluations
• Physical Therapists for movement screening and functional rehab insights
• Massage Therapists for soft tissue assessment and recovery strategies
• Mental Health Professionals to guide processing of trauma and build emotional resilience

Participants also receive education and practical training in key areas such as:

• Nutrition for fueling the body and brain
• Chronic Pain Management through integrated, non-invasive approaches
• Sleep Optimization as a foundation for healing and performance
• Trauma Processing using evidence-based methods to regain control and clarity

Training

Be Resilient Training is an educational curriculum that will empower you to maintain a healthy brain, sharp mind, and strong body which will allow you to reach your health and fitness goals.
